Intake Requests

This page is for BusPas employees and collaborators.

How to Submit Requests at BusPas: To ensure clarity, accountability, and timely execution, all requests at BusPas must be submitted using the appropriate intake form below. These forms standardize how work is requested across the organization and reduce ad-hoc emails, messages, or verbal requests.

Note:

Each form is a general intake form. Once submitted, it automatically creates a task in Wrike and routes it to the relevant department head, who is responsible for reviewing the request, setting priorities, assigning resources, and overseeing execution. This allows us to run process and execution in parallel, maintain visibility across teams, and ensure nothing is missed.

Please submit one form per request and provide as much context as possible. If a request spans multiple departments, start with the department that owns the primary outcome; coordination will happen internally. Use of these forms is mandatory.


Information Technology (IT)

For systems access, hardware or software requests, integrations, security, infrastructure, and technical support.
